- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would have liked any kind of "customer friendly" service after many years with them. All I get are canned answers with no substance. I have now decided to shut down my account and bank elsewhere. Good riddance to over charging, not accepting CASH deposits unless the person doing the depositing for me (I'm home-bound) has a personal account with them. Let me repeat: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS from anyone but the account holder even though the deposit slip, my permission, In-Home Health worker was authorized to deposit... because she didn't want to open an account with them.By Danc Anyway, March 27, 2017
